Our Leadership Development Through Musical Arts program equips youth and emerging adults with the skills, confidence, and character they need to lead—on stage, in their communities, and in life.Through structured musical training, mentoring, and performance opportunities, participants grow not only as artists but as purpose-driven leaders.
