Our impact
Verified numbers, plainly told.
Impact pages are usually where nonprofits are least honest. Ours works differently: we publish a number only after a program lead has confirmed it against the actual sign-in sheets and distribution logs. Where you see no number yet, it means the data isn't verified — not that nothing happened.
Published figures
Our first verified reporting period is being audited now.
The Center is in its early seasons. We are reconciling attendance records, distribution logs, and volunteer hours with our partners before anything goes on this page. Publishing a confident-sounding number we cannot defend would undermine the whole point of having this page.
Everything below describes exactly which figures we track and the standards they have to meet. If you are a funder or partner who needs current figures before they are published here, email info@lifetransformationcenter.org and we will share what we have, clearly labelled as provisional.

Each program lead records these at the point of service. They roll up into a quarterly report reviewed by the Center leadership team and the church board.

Our standards
How we measure impact.
We count what we deliver
Meals distributed, classes held, students mentored, screenings completed, hours volunteered. These are countable, checkable, and recorded by the program lead on the day it happens — not reconstructed at year end.
We listen to participants
Short, anonymous surveys after each program series ask what worked, what didn't, and what someone needs next. Those answers change what we run the following quarter, and we report the uncomfortable ones too.
We separate outputs from outcomes
A hundred people attending a budgeting class is an output. Someone paying off a debt is an outcome. Outputs we can count directly; outcomes we can only report when a participant tells us, so those numbers are always smaller and always self-reported.
We don't double-count people
A family that receives groceries, sends a child to tutoring, and attends a health fair is one household, not three. Where we report unique households, duplicates have been removed.
We're honest about gaps
If a number is estimated, partial, or covers only part of a year, we label it that way. If we didn't track something well, we say we didn't track it well rather than publishing a guess.
We never report invented totals
No round numbers chosen because they look good, no projections presented as results, no counting the same meal twice across two programs. A number on this page can be traced back to a sign-in sheet or distribution log.
Reporting schedule and oversight.
Program leads log service data weekly. The Center leadership team reviews a consolidated report each quarter. Financial figures are reported separately by the church treasurer to the church board, also quarterly. Verified annual totals are published on this page once that review is complete.
Request our figures directly
Funders, partner agencies, and journalists can request our current service data, including provisional figures, at any time. We will tell you plainly which numbers are verified and which are still being reconciled.
